Amido acids naphthalenes

Acid black, agalma black, alphanol black, amido acid black, amido naphthol black, amido black, anthracite black, azo acid black, azo merino black, Biebnch patent black, bnlhant black, Coomassie wool black, ethyl black, fast sulphon black, M Gumea black, kresol black, naphthalene acid black, naphthol black, naphthylamme black, nerol, ortho black, palatme ° black, phenol black, phenylamme black, sulphon acid black, sulphocyamne black, supramme black, tolyl black, Victoria black, wool black... 

Homopolymers and copolymers from amido-sulfonic acid or salt containing monomers can be prepared by reactive extrusion, preferably in a twin screw extruder [1660]. The process produces a solid polymer. Copolymers of acrylamide, N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone, and sodium-2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propane sulfonate have been proposed to be active as fluid loss agents. Another component of the formulations is the sodium salt of naphthalene formaldehyde sulfonate [207]. The fluid loss additive is mixed with hydraulic cements in suitable amounts. 

Amido black lOB (Bayer), or naphthalene black 12B.200 (ICI), or Pontacyl blue black SX (Du Pont), or Buffalo black (National Aniline) are most often used for routine processes. One-half gram of one of these dyes is dissolved in a solution of 5.0 g mercuric chloride and 5.0 ml acetic acid in 100.0 ml distilled water (W4). The solution is filtered before use. The staining of the slides with the agar film is done in the ordinary tray used for microscopy and takes 5 min. For differentiation, the slides are rinsed in a 2 /c solution of acetic acid in distilled water or in a water solution of 50 % methanol and 10 % acetic acid. The bath is renewed until the background is colorless. Often, new lines of precipitate show up at this stage. The slides are finally washed in water and dried within a few minutes.
