A final warning about eliminating answers is that it must always be a conscious choice to eliminate an answer. Many times, distracter answers are positioned at a or b so that you see them, think hurriedly, Oh,... 

Suspensions are punitive actions meant to demonstrate the seriousness of a situation. Sometimes written warnings do not result in improved employee performance and need to be backed up by actions. Suspensions are meant to act as a final warning that current behavior is unacceptable. Like written warnings, they must be crafted carefully to include previous warnings, requirements for future actions, and consequences for not improving behavior (e.g., termination). 

A final warning when workbooks have customized macros embedded in their menus, make sure that only one workbook is open at the time. With several open workbooks, each with special additions to their toolbars, Excel tries to combine them, but may not always succeed, especially when the various workbooks contain non-identical macros that use the same name.

A number of different methods to monitor the amount of methylimidazole left in a final ionic liquid are known. NMR spectroscopy is used by most academic groups, but may have a detection limit of about 1 mol%. The photometric analysis described by Holbrey, Seddon, and Warning has the advantage of being a relatively quick method that can be performed with standard laboratory equipment [13]. This makes it particularly suitable for monitoring of the methylimidazole content during commercial ionic liquid synthesis. The method is based on the formation and colorimetric analysis of the intensely colored complex of 1-methylimidazole with cop-per(II) chloride. 

First research results on the effectiveness by type of contract for the unemployed (UWV population) are available. And the results for the IROs are favourable. In percentage of WW benefit recipients IROs are a factor 1.2-1.8 and for disabled WAO benefit recipients 1.1-1.4 times better performing than employment services delivered by tender. The researchers warn for too much optimism because as these first results might be biased by first users.96 In 2008 the Dutch government plans to have a final evaluation, incorporating factors like motivation and costs. 

Finally, any reports of skin phototoxicity for a particular drug should provide a clear warning of potential ocular phototoxicity. Skin phototoxicity is more readily apparent than ocular phototoxicity, although it is induced by compounds with similar chemical features (Oppenlander, 1988). 

A final word of warning concerning the identification of isolated cells. The neuronal nature of a dissociated cell can be confirmed by its electrical properties. Identifying the specific neuronal type, however, may prove more difficult and require the use of other techniques.
