In the other hand, as known, immunoassay has been developed for over 50 years, hence playing a particularly important role in the diagnosis of whole blood. When combining with the microfluidics, the on-chip whole blood immunoassay can promote the development of the POC (point-of-care) devices rapidly and offer many obvious benefits high specificity, high sensitivity, low sample volume and reagent consumption, rapidity, accuracy, and portability.
