Nasmyth In the case of the weel system, not very much is known about how fission yeast is doing it. In budding yeast, it is the level of Cln3. 

Mailer In Xenopus, raising p27 also raises tyrosine phosphorylation of Cdc2, possibly through indirect effects on Weel. 

Mailer There are some stories coming out that Weel comes up in meiosis II. There might be low HI kinase activity, but there is still cyclin B present in a tyrosine-phosphorylated Cdc2 complex, and this might or might not be able to signal something about cell cycle phase.

HFC-134a is a relatively new chemical, and only the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA 1991) has developed a workplace guideline. The AIHA Workplace Environmental Exposure Level (WEEL) of 1,000 ppm is an 8-h time-weighted average. The German MAK and Dutch MAC are also 1,000 ppm (German Research Association 1999 Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment 2000).
