Engagement and conrage may be thought of as key strategic dimensions of wealth creation, but what about the blocking and tackling of handling money Here three issues draw our attention How we spend money, how we earn it, and whether we save it. 

Although in its infancy, metrology in chemistry is already accepted by a number of governments as the means of ensuring that measurements made in different laboratories are comparable and traceable to common standards [1], The ultimate aim is to develop a structured chemical measurement system which will lead to mutual recognition and trust in measurements made in laboratories all over the world.
