Toxicity. Antimony has been found not to be a carcinogen or to present any undue risk to the environment (9). However, because antimony compounds also contain minor amounts of arsenic which is a poison and a carcinogen, warning labels are placed on all packages of antimony trioxide. 

N-Nitroso-N-methyl-N -nitroguanidine, diazomethane from, 41, 10 Nitrosomethylurethane, warning because a carcinogen, 43, 86 o-Nitrotoluene, condensation with ethyl oxalate, 43,40... 

Warning The substances benzidine and o-dianisidine, which are classified as carcinogenic, react in a similar manner to o-tolidine, which is also suspected of causing cancer. 

Warning 4,4 -Tetramethyldiaminodiphenylmethane is thought to be carcinogenic [4]. Therefore, the dipping solution should be used if possible (gloves ). It is only in this way that it is possible to guarantee that the spray vapors do not come into contact with the skin or respiratory tract. 

Warning o-Toluidine Is highly poisonous and possibly carcinogenic Therefore, the dipping solution should be employed if possible. This is the only way to ensure that spray vapor is kept away from the respiratory tract or skin. 

Carcinogenicity has been seen in mice and rats treated chronically with another agent in the nitroimidazole class (metronidazole) (see Warnings). Although such data have not been reported for tinidazole, avoid unnecessary use. Reserve tinidazole use for the conditions described in Indications. 

Ribavirin use Ribavirin may cause birth defects and/or death of the unborn child. Take extreme care to avoid pregnancy in female patients and in female partners of male patients. Ribavirin causes hemolytic anemia. The anemia associated with ribavirin therapy may result in a worsening of cardiac disease. Ribavirin is genotoxic and mutagenic consider it a potential carcinogen (see Ribavirin monograph for additional information and warnings). 

Proposition 65 requires private employers to post warnings for persons handling carcinogenic compounds, and restricts all discharges of carcinogenic compounds. This is a new law that at present does not affect public institutions. However, state legislation is pending that will require public institutions to comply.
