Toxins protection

Mix activated toxin from part A with thiolated antibody from part B at a ratio of 2.25 mg of antibody per mg of toxin. Protect the solution from light.

Spores germinate to bacillary form, multiply in macrophages, release toxins causing edema, hemorrhage, and tissue necrosis tissue damage caused by release of toxins - protective antigen, lethal toxin, edema toxin [29]... 

Another approach was to develop antibody-based vaccines (anti idiotype) against T-2 toxin. Protective monoclonal antitoxin antibodies were first generated and then used to induce specific monoclonal anti idiotype antibodies. When mice were immunized with specific monoclonal antiidiotype antibodies, they developed neutralizing antibodies and were protected against challenge with a lethal dose of T-2 toxin.93 Thus, it would be feasible to develop a despeciated monoclonal antiidiotype antibody that could be a vaccine candidate against T-2 toxin.
