Ronald Dotson, MS, is a professor of occupational safety and health (OSHA) at Eastern Kentucky University and serves on the board of directors for the Kentucky Safety and Health Network. He is an OSHA Training Institute construction trainer, and he operates an excavation business. Dotson is a certified safety and health manager with ISHM, a construction health and safety technologist through BCSP, and an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, the Institute for Safety and Health Management, and the National Association of Safety Professionals. His current research interests include playground safety and occupational injuries of educational service employees.

During 1962 - 1997 a munber of NSs with lead-bismuth LMC in the primary circuit were in operation in the Russian Navy. Reactors of such NSs developed imder scientific management of the Russian Research Center Institute for Physics and Power Engineering (RRC IPPE, below IPPE), Obninsk, fall into the category of intermediate-neutron reactors [1]. Fuel composition of LMC reactors comprises intermetallic compoimd UBen with enrichment up to 90 % dispersed over beryllium matrix. Some characteristics of such-type NSs are demonstrated in Table 1.

Beaver, Earl R. is Chair of the Institute for Sustainability, Managing Partner of Practical Sustainability, EEC, and Chief Technical Advisor to BRIDGES to Sustainability he retired from Monsanto after 30 years of service. In his final position there he was responsible for the development of new environmental technology solutions for Monsanto Company s diverse operations, internal and external advocacy for sustainability and pollution prevention, as well as the development of sustainability and eco-efficiency tools. He is a member of the American Chemical Society, a fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and a Director of the National Environmental Technology Institute. He has authored many publications and patents.
