Ultraviolet absorption spectra were obtained from a Cary 118C Spectrophotometer. Luminescence measurements were obtained from a Perkin-Elmer Model MPF-3 Fluorescence Spectrophotometer equipped with Corrected Spectra, Phosphorescence and Front Surface Accessories. A Tektronix Model 510N Storage Oscilloscope was used for luminescence lifetime measurements. Fiber irradiation photolyses were carried out in a Rayonet Type RS Model RPR-208 Preparative Photochemical Reactor equipped with a MGR-100 Merry-go-Round assembly. [Pg.240]

The plotting program is written on a Tektronix 1+051 graphics micro-computer which is coupled to a 1+662 plotter. [Pg.697]

Mechanics and ZINDO were used as implemented on the Tektronix CAChe workstation. Although our initial work (ref. 6) included minimizing the Rh—Rh core with ZINDO, we have subsequently found that this approach works just as well with Mechanics alone. The CAChe workstation is particularly well suited to the sort of analysis outlined here, as its superb three-dimensional visualization facilitates understanding of the competing transition states. [Pg.376]

In ProgrRept No 10 (Ref 6) luminosity time tests employing a wide band Tektronix 517 oscillograph and frequency compensated photomultiplier anode circuitry are briefly described. Fig 2 of the rept (reproduced here as Fig 5) shows radiation luminosity waveform from a stepped rod of Tetryl. [Pg.429]

The circuit was constructed in the laboratory. The values of Rl, R2, Cl, and C2 are the actual measured values of the components used in the circuit. A Tektronix TDS 340A digital real-time oscilloscope was used to record the output data, as shown in Fig. 8.2. The duty cycle was calculated to be 66.7%, and the output voltages oscillated from 5 V to 10 V. The simulated data, from IsSpice, Micro-Cap V, and PSpice, are shown in Figs. 8.3, 8.4, and 8.5, respectively. Table 8.1 illustrates the variances in the simulated output data. [Pg.216]

A simplified instrument for the measurement of fluorescent lifetimes using the stroboscopic method has been described by Brown (67). The major virtue of this system is that it makes use of a Tektronix oscilloscope to obtain all the necessary trigger pulses, including a trigger of continuously variable delay. Since most laboratories are equipped with a good oscilloscope, the need to purchase expensive trigger-delay apparatus is thus eliminated. [Pg.227]

The response curves were plotted by numerically solving the final equations at intervals of 0.01 or 0.04 or major divisions on the abscissa scale using a Tektronix 31 calculator and plotter. [Pg.234]

The output is the integrated intensity value for that particular reflection. FHKL - This is the structure factor calculating program. The input is a list of hkl s and intensity values. The output consists of E values and phase angles to be used as input to the electron density program. ELECDEN - Calculates the electron density and contours the E-map on a Tektronix 4662 digital plotter. PATTERSON - Used to calculate three-dimensional Patterson maps. [Pg.100]

A Tektronix T921 oscilloscope is used to display the temporal decay of the autocorrelation function. [Pg.267]

For output, the program uses a VT125 display which establishes the communication with the chemist and a Tektronix Plotter for tracing the graphics when desirable. [Pg.168]

A 1P28 photomultiplier wired for fast response (9) (rise time = 2 ns) is placed at the exit slit. The photomultiplier signal is processed by a Tektronix 5S14N sampler in a 5440 mainframe. [Pg.148]
