Technology acquisition can be one of the hardest processes to accomplish, but may have significantly impact the project, because experience plays such an important role in the selection process. 

A SSTAR prototype sized the same as the ultimately selected reference production unit, somewhere between 10 MW(e) and 100 MW(e), is recommended.
