Therapy must limit the scope of the problem being targeted. In each case there will be numerous marital and family relationships and environmental factors that will not be addressed, especially when they do not relate directly to the targeted behavioral-based outcome. Because of the limited nature of the therapeutic encounter, referrals are warranted to encourage clients help-seeking behavior. This is particularly important as social workers may be unable to provide the client with additional therapeutic sessions or intervention strategies. 

A team is more than a collection of individuals. In a collection of individuals each has a personal goal, trusts self, rarely exposes personal skills, decisions are usually not made and conflict is ignored. In a team, all unanimously accept the goals, each is clear about role, trust and involvement are high, personal unique skills are used effectively, decisions are made by unanimity and the team has methods for handling conflict. There are three major forms of behavior interventions. They are instructional intervention, supportive intervention, and motivational intervention (Geller 1999, 44). Instructional interventions consist of educational sessions, training exercises, and directive feedback. Supportive interventions focus on the application of positive consequences. Positive reinforcement of wanted behaviors increases the likelihood that the behavior will be performed again. Motivational interventions include positive incentive or rewards for targeted behaviors. Negative motivators often are ineffective because the consequence or penalty seems remote and improbable (Geller 1999,46).

There are many reviews dealing with the impact of physicochemical properties on off-target behavior, for example, toxicity of compounds due to structural and electronic makeup [5] as well as metabolic bioactivation [51]. With these reviews in hand, it is reasonable to assess the quality of a cluster based on peer literature. However, it is much better to assess the cluster quality using real data from com-poimds with high similarity to the compounds of the cluster.
