CNTs have demonstrated major potential in both micro- and nanoelectronic components, in lifestyle products and sports equipment, as electrode materials for batteries, as supercapacitors, as fuel cells and novel actuator devices as well as electronic displays and, in particular, as novel drug delivery systems (McWilliams, 2006 Brand ct al., 2007). Unfortunately, however, the large-scale biomedical application of CNTs is still pending as serious doubts must first be resolved in relation to their potential biotoxicity. 

Of the supercapacitor-battery-fuel cell (ES-B-FC) systems discussed. Topology 5 was proposed as a superior means of enhancing the utilization of each system through efficient power supply and distribution to complement their inherent operational discharging and recharging mechanics. The control strategy, improvements, and optimizations are considered in relation to their application in power train systems. 

The application field of nanofibers is still growing. There is currently research on functionalized nanofibrous materials, energy-related applications, such as fuel cells, dye-sensitized solar cells, Li-ion batteries, supercapacitors, catalyst support for rechargeable batteries [59], sensors and optoelectronics [3-60], building and aeronautical acoustics [61] and composites industry [43].
