Status Clear It should be possible to see at a glance if equipment has been assembled or installed incorrectly or whether a valve is in the open or shut position. For example-. 

Human error is the most frequent cause of the loss of containment. Training and certification of personnel on critical procedures are permanent considerations. Also some other inherent safety principles, like ease of control, making status clear, tolerance and making incorrect assemply impossible, come into play here.

In addition, many grades of paper and paperboard are used in direct or indirect contact with foods. However, there are various restrictions on both the specific functional uses and amounts of paper chemical additives which can be used, so the PDA status should be confirmed by the suppHer before use. 

Aerosolized steroids clearly play an important role in the present-day management of asthma (87). They are reasonably safe and work best when taken prophylacticaHy. Patient compliance, however, remains a significant problem. In part this problem is typical of any aerosolized agent. By making the status of equipment clear.
