Statistical Analysis. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) of toxicity data was conducted using SAS/STAT software (version 8.2 SAS Institute, Cary, NC). An exploratory analysis was performed using a four-factor ANOVA model, with treatment, period, and sequence as fixed factors and subject within sequence as random factor.
