State Waste Tire Disposal Programs

As of January 1991, 33 States had laws or regulations pertaining to disposal of waste tires. Other States introduced waste tire measures in their respective 1991 State legislatures. Nine States remain with no legislation passed or pending.15 [Pg.141]
