Smart required definitions

Multiple alignments of repeats are constructed in an iterative manner. The initial alignment is based on definitions from determined protein structures or else from the literature. In the initial database search step, a profile constructed from the multiple alignment is compared with a sequence database. Top scoring sequences are considered using complementary approaches such as PSI-BLAST and FASTA to provide the two thresholds minimum E value and minimum number of repeats per protein required. After one or two iterations, the final alignment and the thresholds are stored in the SMART database to allow the detection of repeats in any sequence. 

As main conclusion we establish the requirement for a smart identification and testing of open source software components before integrating them during the software development process, in order to produce reliable software. Also, we conclude with the reqitire-ment for a revised definition of the software reUabiUty in order to cover software security aspects. 

In most cases, poor solubility is associated with poor oral bioavailability, because these drugs also possess a very slow dissolution velocity. An alternative administration via the intravenous route is also not possible because of the volume required for dissolution of these drugs would be too large. Therefore, with the increasing number of poorly soluble drugs, there was a definite need to overcome low oral bioavailability and the lack of i.v. injectability by a smart pharmaceutical formulation principle.
