It is also important to check how many staff will need to be recruited. Boards tend to hesitate in this area. A merger creates a company that is usually substantially larger and has different areas of focus - and therefore may require different skills. Reviewing the available pool of talent with the help of an external personnel consultant can help create an objective basis for a decision. 

Stoichiometry is the branch of chemistry that deals with the amounts of products produced from certain amounts of reactants. Most of the chemistry discussed so far in this book has dealt with what is present (qualitative chemistry). The next step is to examine how much is present (quantitative chemistry). Learning is a process of continuing to digest and absorb new knowledge and skills. Reviewing the textbook and notes after a class serves to solidify what you have learned in class and discover what is still not clear to you despite the class meeting.
