For example, FIAT 1 benefits from four triggers that measure certain characteristics of the collateral. During the three-year revolving period, new receivables can only be purchased if the eligibility criteria shown in Exhibit 14.8 are met. 

For specialized credit card banks, particularly in the United States, the ABS market has become the primary vehicle to fund the substantial volume of unsecured credit loans to consumers. Credit card pools are differentiated from other types of ABS in that loans have no predetermined term. A single obligors credit card debt is often no more than six months, so the structure has to differ from other ABS in that repayment speed needs to be controlled either through scheduled amortization or the inclusion of a revolving period (where principal collections are used to purchase additional receivables).

A formal diagnosis of substance dependence requires a maladaptive pattern of abuse that leads to clinically significant impairment or distress. More detailed criteria revolve around the development of tolerance, the experience of withdrawal when abstinence is required, the inability to stop using the drug, and continued use over a protracted period of time. The question is whether or not these criteria, clearly applicable to cocaine, heroin, and other drugs, are met by caffeine. 

Procedure An accurately weighed 5 g sample is spread in a thin layer in an open, shallow dish and heated for 72 hrs in a special oven, fitted with a revolving stand. Then the dish is cooled in a desiccator and weighed. The loss in wt is calcd as percentage of original wt. The sample is then reheated for an 8-hr period each day(for 6 to 8 days), reweighed and the loss for each 8-hr period is calcd as % loss(Refs 1, 2 4)... 

The first practical repeating firearm was a revolver manufactured by Samuel Colt in 1835.34 Up to this time the vast majority of firearms were single shot. This was a serious disadvantage as the firer was defenseless for a period of time while reloading. Tfowever, the introduction of this revolver heralded the first practical multishot firearm. The revolver principle was not new, as flintlock revolvers were produced prior to 1650.35 However, these were not practical firearms as they were very prone to mechanical failure.
