Organic field-effect transistor patterning

R. Parashkov et al.. Microcontact printing as a versatile tool for patterning organic field-effect transistors, Adv. Mater, 17, 1523, 2005. [Pg.485]

The surface resistivity of PEDOT PSS patterned using flexo printing is rather high, ranging from a few to 10 kfl/n. However, new inks are continually developed, and improved performance is expected. PolylC is also developing a flexo production line for RFID tags based on organic field-effect transistors. [Pg.1229]

Organic and polymeric materials ate active materials used for electronic devices such as thin film field-effect transistors (FETs). These materials are more lil ly to have practical advantages when coupled with low cost approaches to patterning that are compatible with diem. In diis chapter, we scuss material requirements and survey different materials used for high performance organic FETs. [Pg.8]
