Options Design Template

Now that we have found the title block we wish to use, we want to specify it as our default title block for all schematics. Select Options and then Design Template from the Capture menus ... 

However, a few additional options for template design are important in order to optimize expression efficiencies (see Fig. 1). 

A product life cycle includes a sequence of activities from design to material acquisition to disposal, all influenced by the designer [3-5]. A generic life cycle template, with various end-of-life options, is shown in Fig. 33.2.

Start Screen Here is where the designer can select to use the Template design option or Create a New Project. In addition there is a Quick Start option to use as a reference document. This narrative will follow the Create a New Project route to construct an RO design projection. Click on Design a New Project to advance to the next screen.
