Feasibility Analysis Phase The point in a pollution prevention program at which waste reduction options are evaluated technically, economically and environmentally. The results are used to select options to be recommended for implementation.

HSPF. The Hydrologic Simulation Program (FORTRAN) ( 1, 42) is based on the Stanford Watershed Model. Version 7 of HSPF incorporates the process models of SERATRA in its aquatic section, with several (user-selectable) options for sediment transport computations. HSPF includes the generation of transformation products, each of which is in turn subject to volatilization, phototransformation, biolysis, etc. 

A student who is going too fast, and ignores the negative not, might select option (a), because it is true and it was the first option that the student saw. 

Note If the Select option is activated and you are working in the Molecules editor, none of the drawing options will function, even if the status line shows that one of them is activated. Similarly, working on the Processing screen, it will not be possible to move the synthesis tree nor change the active molecule. The option "Select" must be disactivated before performing any of these activities. 

The program enters the command level when it recognizes a command. On recognizing a vahd command it enters the option level and prompts the user for any further information it may need. On completion of the processing for the selected option, the program returns to the command level. 

If we use the method in Section 1.J.1, we will have to enter information, such as our name and class, in every schematic we create. This can be avoided by specifying this information in Capture. Select Options and then Design... 

Now that we have found the title block we wish to use, we want to specify it as our default title block for all schematics. Select Options and then Design Template from the Capture menus ... 

Here we have selected options to make the background transparent and use the screen colors shown in Probe. Click the OK button to copy the Probe screen to the clipboard. Switch to MS Word and paste the image into your document ... 

The present Display Format is for nothing in the column to be displayed. Select option Name and Value to display both the name of the parameter (W val) and the value of the parameter (lu) on the schematic ... 

Presently, nothing about the parameter will be displayed on the schematic. Select option Name and Value ... 

The first thing we need to do is hide the pin numbers 0, I, and 2. Select Options and then Part Properties ... 

The symbol is now useable. However, I do not like the location of the pin names so I will turn off their display. This is done using the same method we used to hide the pin numbers. (Select Options and then Part Properties from the menu and change property Pin Names Visible to False.)The result is shown below ... 

Next we need to close the schematic window and then select the database. Type CTRL-F4 to close the schematic window. Select Options and then CIS Configuration from the menus ... 

In the Layout menu choose the Select... option and define in the dialog box, which elements of your display Fl, F2 (projection) and Contour (2D spectrum) should be affected by the 2, /2 and the 4 buttons on the button panel and test these settings. 

After Section One of the manual (the checklist) has been completed and responses have been recorded on the implementation potential worksheets, Section Two can be used to prioritize the selected options.
