Eligibility Academic and government investigators (U.S. and foreign), non-profit organizations, SBIR-eligible small businesses 

Intellectual Property In general, the investigator retains ownership and development rights to their invention, consistent with Bayh-Dole provisions [4]. The investigator is expected to submit an Investigational New Drug Application (INDA) with the FDA under their own sponsorship. Specific information can be found at the NIH-RAID website. 

Program Capabilities The NIH-RAID program is capable of performing all the necessary development tasks to support the submission of an INDA. A summary of the services is below. A complete listing can be found at the NIH-RAID website.
