Recent therapeutic approaches have been directed to the immunologic aspects of OCP. Intravenons immimoglob-ulin immunomodulatory therapy has proven a safe and effective therapy for otherwise treatment-resistant OCP. Subconjunctival mitomycin C was recently described as a promising treatment of OCP.
