As the molecular weight of H2SO4 is 98.078 it follows that 1 kg contains 10.196 mol hence the predominant ions are present to the extent of about 1 millimole per mole of H2SO4 and the total concentration of species in equilibrium with the parent acid is 4.16 millimole per mole. ECF. Note that phosphorus is the major anion within the cells. Given this distribution, serum phosphate concentration does not accurately reflect total body phosphorus stores. Phosphorus is expressed in milligrams (mg) or millimoles (mmol), not as milliequivalents (mEq). Generally, the concentration of potassium in peripheral PN (PPN) admixtures should not exceed 80 mEq/L (80 mmol/L). While it is safer to also stick to the 80 mEq/L (80 mmol/L) limit for administration through a central vein, the maximum recommended potassium concentration for infusion via a central vein is 150 mEq/L (150 mmol/L).14 Patients with abnormal potassium losses (e.g., loop or thiazide diuretic therapy) may have higher requirements, and patients with renal failure may require potassium restriction. 

The numeric value is the same in mmol/mL as in mol/L. Thus, molarity can be defined as the number of millimoles of solute per milliliter of solution.
