SCOR level 1 metrics

Table 3.6 shows 13 metrics at level 1 in the SCOR model, and is taken from the SCOR website (www.supply-chain.org). As with processes, the model s hierarchical stmcture is repeated also for the metrics. That means that the SCOR model provides a breakdown of level 2 and level 3 subcomponents of the level 1 performance metrics. The intention is that an individual company should not attempt to be best in class in all areas. Rather, a given company should target its strength in four to six selected areas to create differentiation in the marketplace. The company will also need to ensure that it stays competitive in the other areas.

The fourth level is implementahon between partners of the supply chain. From January 2007 organizahons using SCOR have had access to benchmark metrics. 

SCOR model provides a set of five metrics for process level, called SCORCard, for evaluating supply chain performance. The five metrics are rehability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost and assets. 

According to sources in the literature (Stephan Badr 2007) the level of reliability of the supply chain of the first level can be assessed and measured by SCOR metrics superior orders, and at the other by a metric superior orders, deliveries in a timely manner, with appropriate documentation and excellent quality delivered the goods to the customers. 

On the third and fourth level supply chain by SCOR model can be seen small, but more detailed metrics for the evaluation of these measures.
