Terbium and europium have been incorporated into luminescent porous silicon (PS) by impregnation of PS layers in chloride solution of rare earth. The concentration dependencies of photoluminescence (PL) intensity are examined and Rutherford Back-scattering Spectrometry (RBS) measurements are performed.
