Long-term planning development

The length of time required to archive the documents is at least 2 years after the last approval of the marketing application or any contemplated marketing application, or at least 2 years after the formal discontinuation of clinical development (ICH GCP 5.5.11). These requirements make long-term planning for archiving difficult because usually one does not know what the status of the study drug will be in 6 months time, and certainly not in 2 or 3 years. 

Malaysia [33-36]. Because of the country s economic problems, the future of the Malaysian chemical industry is uncertain. Investment may be curtailed because of pessimism over the economy. The Malaysian Industrial Development Association (MIDA) has stated that petrochemicals is one of the country s key industries. Joint ventures between Petronas (the state oil and gas company) and Union Carbide, BP Chemicals, and BASF are projected for the early 2000s and beyond. The chemicals of interest are ethylene, ethylene oxide, ethylene glycol, acetic acid, alcohols, and plasticizers. Large multinationals like ExxonMobil, and Shell have preferred Singapore to Malaysia. MIDA has long-term plans (10-15 years) to develop the upstream sector first, and the downstream sectors and specialty chemicals later. Even though economic problems are present, 27 new CPI projects were on hold or under way in early 1999[13]. 

In Japan, fast reactor development program symbolises national nuclear fuel recycling program, as it is stated in the national long-term plan [2.3]. The experimental fast reactor Joyo has shown excellent performance for more than 20 years. The prototype reactor Monju (280 MW(e)) was stopped temporarily due to the leak in the non-radioactive secondary circuit in 1995. The design of demonstration fast reactor (DFBR-600 MW(e)) is in progress [2.4, 2.5]. 

A program that aims to develop a long-term plan that is successful in protecting people from injury and death, that complies with regulations, and that controls the associated financial costs of loss. 

At the long-term planning of the consumption/ production development, the unified methodology for the crop response should be used, and the prices should be assessed. 

Following development and submission of the final assessment report, it is vital that follow-up be conducted. Execution of the assessment and subsequent development and submission of the report are very important steps however, stakeholders should continue to work together to begin the development of plans to reduce the hazards and vulnerabilities noted in the report. Budgetary and time constraints will undoubtedly play a role in the follow-up discussions, bnt both short- and long-term plans should be implemented to improve the overall safety and security of the school complex.

The FBR is being developed as a future alternative to light water reactors in Japan. The shift from LWRs to FBRs, which is expected to start around 2030, is the reactor strategy in the "Long-term Plan for the Development and Application of Nuclear Power" established by the Japan Atomic Energy Commission (JAEC).
