Consider the case of the sluggish secretary. There was once a secretary in a government agency who was reluctant to do any work not part of her normal routine of phone reception, filing, and light typing. Department co-workers who tried to approach her with out-of-the-ordinary jobs were met with evasion and avoidance, and many shared the view that she was not helpful and less than competent. 

FCOJ. Proper reconstitution of FCOJ is essential for valid taste panel results. Since orange juice flavor is of a rather delicate, mild, or light type, the water source used to reconstitute the concentrate must be relatively free of off-flavors, such as sulfurous. Distilled water should be used whenever practical. In addition, if the water used for reconstitution is placed in a refrigerator, walk-in cooler, etc. for chilling, care must be taken to have the water container covered securely to eliminate possible absorption of foreign flavors. And, of course, the reconstituted product itself, if being chilled prior to tasting, should be protected.

Horse and human ferritins have considerable subunit diversity. The types indicated in the table are the heavy and light types. The number of subunits in P. laticostata ferritin has not been reported, but the number in a related chiton ferritin, that of Clavarizon hirtosa, has been shown to be two (77). 

This seems especially important since conventional systemic treatment (anticancer drugs, glucocorticoids and oral psoralen plus ultraviolet light type A) either has known serious side effects or serious potential sequelae.

The factors that govern the behavior of sealants are stress, strain, temperature, rate of deformation, humidity, air, light, type and condition of substrate, and presence of water or chemicals. Of these, stress, strain, deformation rate, and temperature are of primary importance. They have to be known simultaneously in describing a material at any given age, humidity, substrate condition, etc. Consequently, these four factors must be included in any test method devised to measure mechanical properties, while the other variables must be kept constant at values considered to be realistic.
