Interlocked networks

High Water Velocities. The abiUty of high water velocities to minimize fouling depends on the nature of the foulant. Clay and silt deposits are more effectively removed by high water velocities than aluminum and iron deposits, which are more tacky and form interlocking networks with other precipitates. Operation at high water velocities is not always a viable solution to clay and silt deposition because of design limitations, economic considerations, and the potential for erosion corrosion. 

Our theorizing constrains our observations. As a personal example, I have never conducted a study of precognition. Technically, it would be easier to do than many of the other studies I have done, but my conceptual system, my interlocking network of current theories about reality, simply cannot deal with the idea of knowing about an event before it occurs, before it has been caused. The interlocking network that exists between orthodox medicine and the financial world is spelled out in Clarence Mullins prominently cited book Death by Injection The Story of the Medical Conspiracy against America, particularly, in the early chapters and notably in the chapter titled Profits from Cancer. Both the American Medical Association (AMA) and the drug companies are involved. The Rockefeller interests are prominently mentioned, as well as the ties with the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC). 

Polyblends in which the two polymers are entangled in a partial or interlocking network are called interpenetrating polymer networks these were discussed earlier. 

However, they do not proceed sequentially, as in traditional models. A complete product is not in a certain, exactly-defined development phase. These development projects have an interlocked, networked structure of activities. Single states are determined by occurrences, like test results, which are often caused by external sources, sometimes even in different companies. Instead of a sequential procedure, an iterative, evolutionary process is initiated. But this can function only if the framework for communication is established as described above.
