Inspection ease

It is to be taken into account that there is a difference between ultrasonic and radiography defect imaging, so the ultrasonic image recognition knowledge required for the person interpreting the inspection results. The ISONIC postprocessing mode allows to ease sueh interpretation because it s maximally approached to inspection standards. 

The advantages of the above air bath are (1) simplicity and cheapness of construction (2)ease of temperature control (3) rapidity of cooling of the contents of the flask effected either by removing the asbestos covers or by completely removing the air bath and (4) the contents of the flask may be inspected by removing the asbestos covers. 

In the pull-through, floating-head design, the floating-head cover is bolted directly to the floating tubesheet. This allows the bundle to be removed from the shell without removing the shell or floating-head covers, which eases inspection... 

Inherently safer principles also apply to mechanical integrity requirements. Design plant modifications for ease and reduced risk in inspections, code compliance, and maintenance. For example, if one can check the pipe thickness from a platform, it is more likely to be done than if a crane is required. 

The vapour pressure of a flammable substance also provides an indication of how easily the material will volatilize to produce flammable vapours the higher the vapour pressure, the greater the risk. Lists of vapour pressures usually contain data obtained under differing conditions but inspection of boiling points (when the vapour pressure equals atmospheric pressure) gives a first approximation of the ease with which substances volatilize. Table 5.1 therefore includes both boiling point and vapour pressure data.

In order to eliminate parameters that are correlated to each other, we calculate their Pearson correlation coefficients (25). Linearly uncorrelated parameters have Pearson correlation coefficients close to zero and likely describe different aspects of the phenotype under study (exception for non-linearly correlated parameters which cannot be scored using Pearson s coefficient). We have developed an R template in KNIME to calculate Pearson correlation coefficients between parameters. Redundant parameters that yield Pearson correlation coefficients above 0.4 are eliminated. It is important to visually inspect the structure of the data using scatter matrices. A Scatter Plot and a Scatter Matrix node from KNIME exist that allow color-coding the controls for ease of viewing. 

Ease of inspection and monitoring for superior quality assurance and quality control during construction... 

For the systems that we have considered so far, the solutions behave smoothly in time and space. Often one can simply inspect the solution and decide if the mesh is sufficiently fine to represent it accurately. Refining mesh sizes and time steps is another simple method to assure oneself that a particular discretization was sufficient. Later we will be much more concerned about numerical accuracy and stability, especially when complex chemistry is considered. For now we take a somewhat cavalier approach, with the objective being mainly to explore the general numerical approaches to solving the conservation equations describing fluid flow. For relatively simple problems we can implement usable solutions with relative ease, for example, in a spreadsheet. 

Another requirement of the same amendments was the requirement that FDA must inspect every drug manufacturing establishment at least once every 2 years [6]. At first, FDA did this with great diligence, but after the worst CGMP manufacturing situations had been dealt with and violations of the law became less obvious, FDA eased up its pharmaceutical plant inspection activities and turned its resources to more important problems. 

In the design of heat exchangers and piping systems considerations must be given to a design that allows ease of periodic inspection as shown in Figure 1.50. 

Some advantages of galvanic system are (i) no external power required (ii) little maintenance (iii) ease of installation (iv) little cathodic interference and (v) infrequent inspection.
