The LDPE reactor is sometimes termed heat transfer limited in conversion. While this is true, the molecular weight (or melt index)—conversion relationship is not since this work shows that a selected initiator can allow conversion improvements to be made under adiabatic conditions for a specified molecular weight. The actual limitation to conversion is the decomposition temperature of the ethylene and given that temperature as a maximum limitation, an initiator (not necessarily commercial or even known with present initiator technology) can be found which will allow any product to be made at the rate dictated by this temperature. Conceptually, this is a constant (maximum) conversion reactor, runnirg at constant operating conditions where the product produced dictates the initiator to be used. 

Such requirements are expected to assure that the dosage form is formulated and manufactured appropriately to ensure that the index or marker ingredients are uniformly distributed and will dissolve in the gastrointestinal tract and be available for absorption. No assumption is made that the marker or index compound selected for demonstration of dissolution is responsible for the purported effect. The test is valuable in that it assures that the formulation technology used is reflective of the state-of-the-art technology, provides a means to evaluate lot-to-lot performance over a product s shelf-life and that excipients used to facilitate transfer of the index or marker ingredients of the botanical to the human system are appropriate. 

The mainstream method at that time of producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape was to coat the adhesive directly onto the substrate. However, there was no technology to precisely coat the adhesive material onto the polarizers that had a low scratch threshold and low heat resistance. There were very difficult problems of contamination and air bubbles, limits to the drying process, and the strict demand for small refractive index anisotropy. Slight uneven thickness of the adhesive will lead to defects in the display, even for pressure-sensitive adhesives. AU this was completely different from the demands of customers of electronic adhesive tape so far. The aforementioned problems all led to visible optical distortions in the polarizer film. For this reason, the coating facility to apply the adhesive had to be installed in a clean room, the coating method of the pressure-sensitive adhesive transfer had to be studied, a stacked twist suppression technology had to be established, and the formation of microcrystals in the pressure-sensitive adhesive had to be suppressed, to satisfy customer requirements.
