The influence of aggressive fluids on the secant modulus of 0°-oriented specimens is shown in Fig. 5.21. The maximum stress per cycle during fatigue was 120 MPa. As the glass fabric was oriented in the direction of principal stress, the loss in secant modulus was less pronounced than for the 45°-orientation of the fabric.
