Human oracle

A new tool for computational ADME/Tox called MetaDrug includes a manually annotated Oracle database of human drug metabolism information including xenobiotic reactions, enzyme substrates, and enzyme inhibitors with kinetic data. Another option, however, is that humans are able to incrementally arrive at solutions to halting problems. This would mean that humans have access to an oracle which is more powerful than Unitary computational systems, but less powerful than a halting oracle.
