High-voltage safety considerations require that the architecture of parallel- and series-hybrid vehicles include an integral BMM such that the battery can be controlled from within the pack. This assumes that the battery will be of an advanced design, such as Ni-MH, where safety requires fast, reliable, and self-contained communication with the contactor and charger. 

The PDU integrates also high voltage safety features, for example a dedicated safety electronic board, contactors for the galvanic separation, and fuses of the single consumers as well as the coimectors for the high voltage electric wires.

These methods process powdered thermoplastics and may involve high-voltage currents. Consequently, it is necessary to obey all health, safety and environmental precautions and regulations. 

Analyzer safety There are several potential safety hazards, and the source is one - providing localized temperatures in the range of 1100-1500 K. The laser and its power supply, which is a potential high voltage spark hazard, are other examples. Methods for thermal isolation and instrument purging can address the source issues. The discharging of any charge within the capacitance circuitry of the laser power supply addresses the spark hazard issue.

As the fields are often very wide, high voltage and low current are desirable this calls for low conductivity of the buffer. A safety switch which automatically cuts off the current when the chamber is not closed should be included in the circuit.
