Graphic artwork

Although short of sleep, the other team physicians were willing to make this final effort. Around midnight, I called General Stone at his home, told him what we intended to do and requested some clerical and artwork assistance. He hastened to call in two secretaries and four graphic arts specialists and provided us a suite of offices to work in. 

A) A creative and visually pleasing format (Use original artwork/graphics, and/or images taken from web sites, CD ROMS, or reference books.)... 

For a Web publication, size your artwork so that it is visually appealing and all parts of the graphic are easily readable on your monitor at 100%. 

Though we consider many of the figures and schemes of MIMs in the primary literature to be artwork in and of themselves, even more deliberate art has been crafted on inspiration from MIMs for journal covers and graphical abstracts for years, along with the occasional work of art for arts sake. We close Sect. 4 with a collection of commissioned art and cover art inspired by MIMs (Figs. 35-37). We are convinced that MIMs are indeed a work of art . 

Particular care must be taken to ensure that artwork included in promotion does not mislead about the nature of a medicinal product (for example whether it is appropriate for use in children) or mislead about a claim or comparison (for example by using incomplete or statistically irrelevant information or unusual scales). Information, claims and graphics must be capable of substantiation. Such substantiation must be provided within 10 working days at the request of healthcare professionals or a pharmaceutical company. 

All artwork, including illustrations, graphs and tables, must conform to the letter and spirit of the code. Graphs and tables should be presented in such a way as to give a clear, fair and balanced view of the topics covered, and should not be included unless they are relevant to the claims or comparisons being made. Science is a process that requires lots of imagination. It requires more imagination than memory, especially as you start to learn more and more about a certain topic. To help with your imagination we have tried to include helpful graphics and artwork that complement the writing within the text. Further to this we include many real-world examples and interesting historical or scientific tidbits to keep your curiosity piqued.

Although a PCB can be manufactured from supplied artworks and drill tapes alone, it is much more efficient to send accurate and verifiable electronic data. The data can include information elements beyond the graphic image and component location information that form the minimum pure design data required for improved manufacturing.
