The Medical Research Laboratories (Building 355) were located about a mile south of our Grant Court apartment, and the larger Chemical Research and Development Laboratories (Building 320) were a mile and a half further down the same road. 

Quarters for junior officers (below the rank of Major) were located in this row of houses or in Grant Court, visible in rear (1963). 

EPA has 45 days to review each permit and to object to permits that violate the CAAA. If EPA fails to object to a permit that violates the Act or the implementation plan, any person may petition EPA to object within 60 days following EPA s 45-day review period, and EPA must grant or deny the permit within 60 days. Judicial review of EPA s decision on a citizen s petition can occur in the federal court of appeals. The public is guaranteed the right to inspect and review all permit applicahons and documents. There are provisions for three kinds of permit revisions administrative amendment, minor permit modification, and significant modification. 

In July 2001, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit vacated the challenged portions of the rule. When it made its decision, the Court invited any of the parties to request either that the current standards remain intact or that U.S. EPA be allowed time to publish interim standards. Acting on this initiative, U.S. EPA and the other parties jointly asked the Court for additional time to develop interim standards, and the Court granted this request. On February 13, 2002, U.S. EPA published these interim standards that temporarily replace the vacated... 

Despite the court s role in interpreting the Constitution, the document itself does not grant this authority to the court. However, it is clear that several of the founding fathers expected the Court to act in (H) this way. District Court under the Ohio trade secret laws and was granted a permanent injunction against disclosure or use of 20 of the 40 claimed trade secrets until such time as the trade secrets had been released to the public or obtained from authorized sources. Although the future for the rights of professional employees in this area is rather bright, for the present one must negotiate and demand that provisions for employment security be specifically incorporated into the terms of the employment contract. These cases where the court looks beyond one s rights under the contract in granting relief to a terminated employee remain exceptions, not the rule. 

These laws have granted consistent authority through an act from the very first Congress [70]. On this basis, the Supreme Court has generally allowed searches of marine vessels without warrants due to marine vessels being easily transportable, and the lack of abihty to set up roadblocks at sea as on land [71, 72]. The analysis is not dissimilar to those of motor vehicles, as both ships and vehicles are instruments of transportation.
