Labeling Rapeseed Oil products that have been fully hydrogenated should be labeled as Fully Hydrogenated Rapeseed Oil. Label to indicate the 1-Monoglyceride Content as well. Labeling Indicate Rapeseed Oil products that have added glycerin (glycerol) and are fully hydrogenated as fully hydrogenated and superglycerinated Rapeseed Oil.
