Fluorescent light bulb

Gas lasers are not unlike fluorescent light bulbs and neon signs. Gas is confined to a hollow tube, and electricity passing through it excites the atoms. The most common gas lasers use carbon dioxide, argon, and helium-neon. Gas lasers are relatively inexpensive and can produce very high-powered beams.

Always use red or yellow photographic dark room light bulbs during any step of LSD manufacture. Direct sunlight, electric filament, or fluorescent light bulbs (etc.) will hurt the above compounds. Dark room bulbs are cheap and are a must.

Mercury can be used for the extraction of gold. In hospitals and homes, it is still used in thermometers and blood-pressure cuffs, can be found in batteries, switches, and fluorescent light bulbs. Large amounts of metallic mercury are employed as electrodes in the electrolytic production of chlorine and sodium hydroxide from saline. Today, exposure of the general population comes from three major sources fish consumption, dental amalgams, and vaccines.
