All of the team listed earlier, including the rehabilitation coordinator from the approved provider, are involved in the rehabilitation process. Rehabilitation coordinators have primary responsibility in the rehabilitation process and are involved in all of the elements of rehabilitation described in this section, Factors in an effective injury management system . It is their role to ensure that the appropriately qualified people are available to assist the injured worker according to the needs of that person and the stage in the rehabilitation process that he or she has reached.
