Essence of matter

The sexing of UPAs as male and female, with the traditional positive/ negative characterization of the genders, makes the essence of matter a kind of subatomic sexual intercourse. Baeyer concluded with some final thoughts about the relationship between Kekule s theory of chemical structure and his aromatic theory.
