Employees creativity

In order to tap into employees creativity, the safety and loss prevention professional should create an environment in which employees are empowered to express their creativity and possess the freedom to express that creativity without suffering any possible adverse consequences. Who knows the equipment and operations better than the employees who work with that equipment and operations on a daily basis But when was the last time we asked for their ideas and input as to better ways to perform the job and perform it in a safer manner, to improve quality, or any other aspects of the job ... 

We cannot make things cheap enough to beat the competition. I have learned that there is a lot of information and a lot of data, but that the only way that we have been able to serve our customers is to force people to reconsider the mechanics. Let s use the tools to test employees creative ideas and simulate them. A supply chain can never stop delivering costs and compliance and adherence to cadence. It must be reliable, but it has to step up to the opportunity to drive unique value.

The consequences arising from reorganization of the structure of a business may be guessed by careful market analysis. Most difficult to predict is the reaction of employees. If the creative people among them are not convinced by the new orientation, or have even been put off by the way in which it has been implemented, they may defect to the competition, thus doubly weakening their previous employer.
