Perhaps, by far the greatest feature of the modem dynamic light-scattering (QELS) equipment is the ease of obtaining data. Data interpretadon, relative to the true size and to the real-worid iplicabai is another question. Eariy QELS instrumoits were inflexible in their ability to accept software for any new methods of data analysis and calculated distributions only by the method of cumulants and were inc able of utilizing new histogram or polynomial techniques. 

The average particle size as well as the particle size distribution of the prepared lattices was investigated under reaction state concentration using a novel dynamic light scattering method. Table 1 summarizes relevant data of the prepared products. Furthermore, the composition of the monomer feed as well as the composition of the polymer is given in Table 1. The polymer composition has been calculated from elemental analysis data. 

The organization of this paper is as follows. In Section II, we describe dynamic light scattering and data analysis methods. In Section III, details are given about experimental materials and facilities. Results are presented in Section IV. We conclude with a discussion of several related works in Section V.
