Discipline needs

The NRC staff organized the test chemicals into several pharmacologic classes the first two classes consisted of 15 anticholinesterase (Appendix A) and 24 anticholinergic (Appendix B) chemicals. Two expert panels were established (on anticholinesterases and on anticholinergics) with chairmen selected from the COT and members drawn from the scientific community on the basis of familiarity with some aspect of the pharmacologic class Involved or expertise In a discipline needed for proper evaluation of potential adverse health effects. 

Thirdly, it has been argued that power relations enter into exploitation via the coercive supervision and discipline needed to keep the worker horn shirking. No contract can specify in full detail what the worker is to do, hence supervision is needed to fill the gap. The methods illustrate the interface of different technologies and disciplines needed to produce a successful ELISA for a specific purpose. This typifies the interaction of research facilities necessary to develop assays and a thorough understanding of the biological entities being examined. 

Since this approach is novel, unique, and interdisciplinary, we need a new discipline to make the unique approach possible. Figure 6 shows the types of disciplines needed for the new approach. On one side, we definitely need biology. To clarify the interactions between environmental factors and materials, we have to use a biological approach, since organisms are always one of the main players at any time. For the best example, we have to investigate and discuss what kinds of metallic ions would be harmful for various kinds of organisms in this approach. How and why We believe biology is the best discipline to solve the problems.

A system, more specifically an organisational system, is inherently a socio-technical system in which technology and organisation need to be aligned with each other to achieve the envisioned organisational goals. In a socio-technical system many different disciplines need to collaborate, while taking into account the social context in which collaboration takes place.
