The diagnostic efficiency of autoantibody determination was found to exceed that of gliadin antibodies [117, 118]. Autoantibody tests were based mainly on the determination of IgA immunoglobulins against endomysium, human umbilical cord, and tTG. These autoantibodies were highly sensitive and specific with values for both parameters exceeding 95% in most studies [118-121],... 

Assay of NTP activity has been considered of value as an addition to measurement of nonspecific total ALP in patients with suspected hepatobiliary disease, and abnormal NTP activity is routinely interpreted as evidence of a hepatic origin of increased ALP activity in serum. However, approximately half of individuals in whom liver ALP activity is increased in serum may simultaneously show a normal NTP. On the other hand, increased NTP in the serum of patients with normal liver ALP is very often associated widi the presence of liver disease. Thus the frequent dissociation of the two enzyme activities supports the utility of determining both (fiver) ALP and NTP to increase the diagnostic efficiency for diseases of the liver.

In the next section, we present a brief overview of our SDG-related work. In section 3, we discuss the unified SDG model for control loops. Various fault scenarios are also analyzed. In section 4, two case studies are presented to show the diagnostic efficiency of the proposed framework for fault diagnosis of systems with control loops. The article is concluded with discussion on future work.
