Diacetate Cream and Ointment

Each gram of cream contains 0.5 mg diflorasone diacetate in a cream base. Chemically, diflorasone diacetate is 6(alpha),9-difluoro-11 (beta), 17,21 -trihydroxy- 16(beta)-methyl-pregnal,4-diene-3,20-dionel7,21-diacetate. Each gram of cream contains 0.5 mg diflorasone diacetate in a hydrophilic vanishing-cream base of propylene glycol, stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, sorbitan monostearate, 

Transfer molten fat at 70°C after passing through a stainless steel filter to step above while mixing. 

Set Becomix to 50°C and transfer diethylamine salicylate solution to the cream at 50°C while stirring. 

Continue mixing and add chlorbutol, menthol, lavender oil, and glycerin at 40°C. (Menthol and chlorbutol first dissolve in a separate container.)
