Design process plans

A product holon holds the process and product knowledge to assure the correct manufacture of the product. It contains consistent and up-to-date information on the product life cycle, user requirements, design, process plans, bills of... 

Adequacy of the Quality Systems supported through Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs). in design, process, installation and servicing.

The important design characteristics from Phase 2 are ranked with key process operations, where quantification yields actions to improve the understanding of the processes involved and gain the necessary expertise early on. The critical process operations highlighted are then carried forward to the next phase. 

The best way to ensure that your plan for PSM design, development, and installation will mesh with local culture is to rely heavily on local management in formulating your initial plan. In some situations, the best approach may prove to be direct importation of PSM systems developed elsewhere, while in other situations you may serve as a resource to a local team that engages in its own design process.

Physicochemical properties of molten systems have an applied significance due to their wide use in both technological process planning and in production equipment design. Analysis of various melt properties versus different parameters of the melt enables to infer the interaction mechanism between the initial components, and in some cases, even to estimate the possible composition of the main complex ions formed in the melt [312]. From this point of view, the analysis of isotherms of physicochemical properties versus melt composition and of the magnitude of their deviation from ideal conditions is of most interest.
