In tracks to tank installations of danger categories AI, All and B, the rail joints must be connected by good conducting cross connections [12]. There must be a bond between the tracks and the filling nozzles of the tank installation. 

A list of danger categories is given in Table 14.2. Note that chemicals may possess several hazards, e.g. nitric acid is classed as both an oxidizer and a conosive. If a chemical is not in one of these categories it is not generally considered to be dangerous. If the hazards of a new chemical have not been established it should be labelled Caution - substance not yet fully tested . Mixtures can be classified either from results from tests on the preparation, or by calculation to predict the healtli effects of the product based on the properties of individual components and tlieu concentration in the mixture. Preparations need to be classified for both physico-chemical and health effects but, to date, not for environmental effects. 

Category D medications have a proven risk of fetal harm and are not prescribed for clients who are pregnant unless the mother s life is in danger. Category X medications have a definite risk of fetal abnormality or abortion.

A hazard, expressed by hazard class and category (danger category according to the DSD/DPD), is specified by assigning hazard statements (risk phrases according to the DSD/DPD). The complete lists of hazard statements or risk phrases may be found in annexes of the CLP regulation and DPD, respectively. 

If a chemical is hazardous it is first classified into an appropriate category of danger to assist in the provision of the correct information and packaging.

Very toxic, toxic or harmful, applied to a dangerous substance not classified in accordance with Schedules 3, 4 and 5, means that the substance has a toxicity falling within the range tabulated for that category.

Confronted with a chemical substance or group of compounds the reader has to consider the four potential categories of risk - inflammability, instability, toxicity and dangerous reactions resulting from contact with other substances and materiais. But procedure does not only relate to chemical substances. It concerns other materials (eg asbestos), and modes of operation and introduces most often a manipuiator . These processes occur in an environment which also can have significant role. 

In this case of classified installation classification the risk clause is replaced by a risk category number or transport regulations for dangerous substances, which is displayed on the back of tankers or on substances packaging as codes 30 (corresponding to 10), 33 (corresponding to 11 and 12) or 233 (corresponding to 13).
