After finalization by each panel, all drafts for revision are opened for public comment through the JP Forum, a vehicle for notification and commentary. The JP Forum is published quarterly by the Society of Japanese Pharmacopeia under the auspices of the JP secretariat. The JP Forum was first published in January 1992 as a medium for both local and international communication. It will continue to provide a more open revision process for the JP and announce revisions and future directions of the JP committees. The JP Forum is issued in Japanese, primarily for domestic users, but articles related to the international community and commentary will be issued in English concurrently with the Japanese version. Therefore, we anticipate that the JP Forum will aid in the process of international harmonization and will promote a better understanding of and increased trust in the JP. 

Trade publications, on receipt, should be circulated immediately to all those who might have an interest in the products, their uses and applications, and their physical or physiological properties. Those who maintain a trade-mark file should be on the circulation list. If the library issues a list of acquisitions, the trade publications received should be listed in it by company. This is an excellent communication medium for informing many people of the existence of such information. 

I know that I speak for the endocrine community at large in expressing gratification for the assistance of this vigorous and fruitful publication. Long may it continue to. serve as a medium for scholarly, critical review and appraisal. 

Big School is a medium-sized public xmiversity in the United States. While we engaged in other interventions, the data we analyzed in this book came from an Internet-based survey. It was sent to most of Big School s employees and all respondents shared their answers in English. Similar to Big Store, we used a purely appreciative focus. Our goal in doing this survey was to determine university stakeholders vision for the University as it pertained to diversity and inclusion. We received responses from Big School s community members, undergraduate and graduate students, full-and part-time faculty, and full- and part-time staff. 

While public works are an expensive way to transfer income to the poor and to build local infrastructure, any analysis of their cost-effectiveness should take the value of their indirect benefits into account and assess how they compare with those of other programs. The indirect benefits include the first-round effect of the direct value of the infrastructure built on the economy of local communities and the potential of these assets to generate second-round employment benefits.
