Disulfiram decreases the clearance of cocaine from the body may see increased or prolonged cocaine effects with this combination.

Cocaine is a powerful CNS stimulant as well as local anesthetic (13). It is isolated from the leaves of Erythrolon coca, a tree indigenous to Peru and Bolivia. Cocaine effectively blocks the uptake of catecholamines into presynaptic neurons and thus promotes the activity of synapses (both central and peripheral) involving these amines (22). 

Hepatotoxicity secondary to cocaine exposure can be associated with hyperthermia, ischemia, or a direct cocaine effect. Another possible mechanism may be an acquired mitochondrial defect (203).
