One of my steadier customers used to be a large financial services company. Most of the workforce at this financial services company included office-type workers who performed most of their hours at work on the phone or in front of a computer terminal or both. They have a huge customer service contingent, along with thousands of people who work in the collection department. Besides the office workers, this company has a small maintenance staff that takes care of physical facilities.
